Winter league offers a chance for established co-ed teams to get together and scrimmage during the colder months. The league provides an opportunity for teams to keep exercising in winter and to tune-up their games for spring.
Registration is now closed.
The full schedule has now been posted. Please note that there are games on Saturday and Sunday during the final 2 weeks of the season.
Note to athletic field users, friends, and families: Dogs are not allowed at organized athletic fields, beaches, or children's play areas in Seattle, Shoreline, and Redmond parks. They are welcome on leash everywhere else in the park system, and there are other off-leash areas where they can romp without leashes. Please leave Fluffy at home on game days.
Note to athletic field users, friends, and families: Alcohol is not allowed at organized athletic fields, beaches, or children's play areas in Seattle, Shoreline, and Redmond parks. Drinking beer is allowed at many fine taverns and restaurants across King County. Please leave the sprits at home on game days.
In 2008 we received at least one warning per season regarding dogs and beer on the fields by various parks departments. If further infractions occur we risk losing access to the fields. Please refrain from bringing dogs and alcohol to games. Thanks!

Winter league is a fairly casual opportunity for teams to get out and shake the cobwebs off their long hucks before the regular season starts. There are no standings or playoffs (because we don't keep score at Winter League games), but there are lots of opportunities to improve your skills in the winter weather.
We are in the process of making field reservations. All games will be played on turf in Seattle, Shoreline, and Redmond.
Most games will be on Saturdays. However, we might schedule a few games on Wednesdays and Sundays, too.
Teams are encourage to have big rosters in the winter to make sure that there are enough players at all games. Since we don't keep score there will be plenty of PT to go around.
Please obey all park rules and regulations. Copies of our field permits for the 2009 season are listed below.
Registration is now closed.
The league fee is $600 per team. The increase is due to higher field costs in Seattle and Shoreline. Team fees were due by December 15th.
- We will use the UPA 11th Edition Rules
- This is a coed league. All games must be played 4:3 men:women.
- There is no keeping score. Show up and play until the round is over. PT galore!
- There are no roster restrictions. Play on as many teams as will have you.
- No dogs and no alcohol on the fields, please.
- Have fun. Start and end your games on time.
