The fields are already booked for Spring Reign 2007. We learned a lot in 2006 when we re-combined the middle school and high school tournaments. We'll be providing a huge Event Central at both sets of fields. We'll have more staffing. The event will be in late April, so we hope to avoid the spring showers we had in 2006.
What: Spring Reign is the premier opportunity for youth players to play two days of high quality coed ultimate! There will be multiple divisions to accommodate various skill levels. Teams from Washington, British Columbia, Oregon, Manitoba, California, and beyond will be attending. This tournament will have some of the best competition in the northwest!
There will be divisions for elementary school, middle school, 9th grade, and high school teams.
Food and water will be provide for all players on both days of the tournament. Official tournament merchandise will be sold at Event Central. We also plan to have a trainier on site.
When: Saturday and Sunday, April 21st and 22nd, 2007. Captains and coaches meeting will take place 30 minutes before the first pool play game on Saturday morning at Event Central. Pool play games will take place all day on Saturday, and elimination rounds will be on Sunday.
Team Fees: The tournament has increased to $275. We realize that we need to spend more money on tents and other equipment now that we are using both field sites at Skagit River Park.
