My name is Adrienne, and I'm moving to Seattle for a new job at the end of August. I'm brand new to the area, but super excited about all of the frisbee playing opportunities! And ideally, I'd love to play on a relatively competitive fall league team.
I just graduated from the University of Michigan, where I was large contributor on teams that finished 2nd and 3rd at college nationals. I have mostly cut but am confident with my throws, and definitely look upfield and to break the mark when possible. I also very much enjoy playing defense. I'm about average height, pretty fast (when I'm in good shape - working back into that), and a very solid decision-maker. I've also played local league in Michigan for a couple of summers, and have practiced with and made club nationals-level club teams (but not played with them for the season).
I'm used to playing on competitive teams (and love that atmosphere), but am definitely also looking to have a ton of fun and meet some awesome people! I'm open to practices, and I think that my only potential conflict is on Sept. 15th, depending on the time of the game. If you're interested at all or want more specifics, please send me an e-mail! Thanks in advance for your consideration!
(And maybe also if you know someone looking for a roommate in the area. Still definitely don't have that figured out.)
