There is one thing you can do to help this: on your player page, click "Edit Player Info." On that page, check the box that says "Tell search engines not to list my profile" and save the changes. This will prevent search engine crawlers from indexing your page, and over time it will start to disappear from search results.

I know this isn't exactly what you wanted - the admins should be able to delete your player page completely. But until they get around to it, the steps above should help.
