<description>Topic: The Seattle Coaching Collective

Message: Hello Seattle Ultimate players!!As many of you may or may not know the Seattle youth scene is the biggest in the country, perchance even the world! The success of our youth program is due to the generous support of our adult Ultimate community. Many of you are already giving back to these dedicated, skilled, and excited players. Without you our successful youth program would be no where. New programs are popping up every year!&#160; So thank you!But guess what! Every year there are new programs that pop up that don't have coaches and they need us! So that's where the Seattle Coaching Collective comes in. We are here to connect coaches with schools but we understand that time, resources and jobs hold a lot of people back from committing to coaching for a whole season. But what if you could offer just one day a week? Just 2 hrs to give back to a team a week? The SCC is hoping to build coaching teams to support schools who haven't been able to solidify a single coach. We will provide a place to organize practice plans, keep schedules and information, and be your support between schools admin and the team. We have created a website to support our project. Here you can find our mission, a sample of what a team page may look like, and how to register to become part of the collective. Please take a second to check it out and consider if you have the time to help out the youth of Seattlehttps://sites.google.com/site/seattleco &#8230; ctive/homeIf you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email usWe look forward to hearing from you and seeing the flood of support we know this community has.Shannon O'Malley and Alyssa Weatherford seacoachingcollective@gmail.com
