Information

Spawnfest is an annual coed tournament held at the Skagit River Park in Burlington, Washington and is being hosted by DiscNW for the second time.

The tournament is known for its excellent field food and for the wild salmon feast on Saturday night. We also bring teams together from around the Pacific Northwest for some great competition.

This mixed tournament will be split into multiple divisions, with several regionally competitive teams vying for the championship. 

As always, Spirit of the Game and healthy competition will be emphasized.  Bring your team on up for some great games against your Northwest favorites.

There will be some fruit and snacks available for players during the day, but we will not be serving full meals.  Water will be available, but players should bring their own bottles for refilling.

Saturday Evening

We will be serving dinner at the fields to participants. Salmon, veggie burgers, and sides will be available to all participants.

There will also be a beer garden at the fields with the dinner!  You must have your ID ready for entry into the beer garden.

Sunday Morning

We will be serving pancakes on Sunday morning on a first-come-first-served basis.  We'll keep flipping the flapjacks until we run out of hungry players or pancake mix - whichever comes first.

Lodging

Camping will be allowed at the fields on Saturday night.  Tents are permitted in the area just south of the playfields & east of Tournament Central.  See the field map for specifics.

Please note that the park is adjacent to a lot of houses.  Please be respectful of the neighbors while camping.

Rules

The 11th Edition of the Rules of Ultimate will be used for Spawnfest.

• Games are to 15.  Hard cap is at 17.
• Rounds are 1.5 hours long - the soft cap goes on 90 minutes after the round start time.

This is a coed tournament.  The gender ratio is 4:3 (men:women) for all games.
