Description:
Indoor ultimate is exceptionally dynamic, with constant action. As soon as a team scores, the other team takes over on offense. We play on a large basketball court with small end zones. Court/tennis shoes are recommended.
The Fall Tacoma Indoor ultimate league is run in partnership with Tacoma Metro Parks District.

Games will be played on Wednesday evenings (2 rounds an evening). We will have games at 6pm and 7:30 pm. 1st game will be on October 7th. We will finish in mid-December.
Rules
- We will be using the UPA 11th Edition Rules
- Hockey-style substitutions, 20 - 25 minute halves
- 6 second stall count
- Teams will be formed by draft.
- You may "buddy" with one player, but BOTH of you must select each other.
