Magnuson Park
There are three new synthetic turf fields (fields 5, 6 & 7) at Magnuson Park. Better still, these fields are permanently lined for Ultimate (two ultimate fields per field.) Yay!
The grass fields on the Magnuson Sports Meadow (fields 1, 2, 3 & 4) can be tricky to find. The parking lot which was just to the South of the fields is closed (it is being converted to a wetlands). Your best bet is to park in the lot by the Playground (on the North side of the new field 6), then find the paved trail which runs along the South side of the playground and walk the 200 yards to the Sports Meadow.
If you park near the playground it's easiest to enter the park from the entrance at NE 74th Street. If you wish to park closer to the water it's easiest to enter the park at NE 65th Street.
Here is a map showing the field locations as well as parking options and footpaths to the Sports Meadow. The new synthetic fields are outlined in yellow; grass fields are outlined in blue.
